This award aims to recognize representative silicon carbide and gallium nitride companies that have made breakthroughs in technology innovation, application boundary breakthroughs, solving complications, practicality, or novelty in the current year.

The company was awarded this year after maintaining a leading market share in various application markets such as new energy vehicles, charging piles, data centers, and lidar. They have created more space for imagination for the large-scale commercialization of silicon carbide and gallium nitride technologies, and promoted the development of the 3rd generation semiconductor industry.
