APS was invited to present the most advanced solutions in the 2020 China Hi-tech Fair. APS is the first Chinese company to use 6 inches wafers to produce the Silicon Carbide Diode and MOSFETs, providing a broad range of products from 650V to 1700V with different package types, including TO-247-4 ,DFN, TOLL and D2PAK.
