Alpha Power Solutions APS is the first company in Greater China started with 150mm SiC wafers devices processing in 2015. We replaced a few key processes with state-of-the-art processes to simplify the process flow.
APS is the leading third-generation semiconductor supplier in China, specializing in research and development, production and sales of silicon carbide devices. We have adopted the most advanced technologies instead of some traditional ones to streamline the process. We have also developed a brand-new process to make the process flow simpler, so as to eliminate cross-contamination of metals in traditional silicon line foundries, thus saving a lot of capital investment in equipment.
